Our adventure began in Florence, where the Hotel Four Seasons was our elegant home. We dove into Tuscan cuisine with a hands-on cooking class led by Stefania in her cozy kitchen, crafting fresh pasta and Chianti-chocolate cake before toasting our creations over Tuscan reds. Days were filled exploring the Duomo, Uffizi, and charming medieval alleys, with dinners at iconic trattorias like Cibreo and Fuor d’Acqua adding delicious punctuation.

Seaside Bliss in Sorrento & Amalfi

Trading cityscapes for the coast, we checked into the Grand Hotel Excelsior Vittoria, a clifftop retreat with views that have inspired emperors and artists alike. Our private yacht whisked us along the Amalfi Coast to Positano and Capri, with crystal-clear coves perfect for a midday swim. Evenings were spent savoring Michelin-starred meals at Terrazza Bosquet and local gems like Bagni Delfino.

Rome: Timeless & Majestic

The Eternal City welcomed us with the grandeur of Hotel Hassler, perched atop the Spanish Steps. A private Vatican breakfast tour let us wander the Sistine Chapel before the crowds, and our Pompeii stop en route revealed ancient lives frozen in time. We capped each day with unforgettable dinners, including at the rooftop Imàgo, where Rome’s lights twinkled below.
